Don't use the Vegetable on which you have doubt, that it may be rotten, because that can spoil your whole food for the day.whenver you come in to the Kitchen always first see your following things.

• Mis-en-place of the day
• Physical checking of your chicken,vegetables , meat,and other perishables.
• Check the Indian gravies,conti sauces etc.
• Always be happy when you cook the order, because any bad idea can spoil your whole food.
• Whenever you cook the Food always ask the order taker over the special instruction's i.e Less oily, less spicy etc.
